Automated Feedback for Calendly connects your Calendly appointments to your QuickFeedback flow.
After a Calendly appointment ends, QuickFeedback can automatically email the customer a feedback request. The customer taps the link, shares private feedback in seconds, can polish their words with Write with AI, and sees the same public review options every customer sees.

Until now, QuickFeedback was built around the in-person moment: a customer scans a QR code on a counter, table, receipt, or sign. That works beautifully for walk-in businesses.
But for a spa, salon, tattoo studio, pet groomer, auto detailer, photographer, consultant, or any appointment-based service business, the natural moment to ask is often after the customer has already left.

How it works for your customers
The flow is simple:
The customer books through Calendly.
The appointment happens.
After the Calendly appointment ends, plus the delay you choose, QuickFeedback sends the feedback request email.
The customer taps the link and lands in your QuickFeedback flow.
They share private feedback first, with Write with AI available in the comment box.
Their response appears in your dashboard, and you get notified when it arrives.
That is the whole flow.
The customer never creates an account, and your team does not need to remember anything.
Setup takes under two minutes
In your dashboard, go to Settings, then Integrations, and connect Calendly.
Authorize the connection, pick which QuickFeedback flow the Calendly email should use, choose your send timing, and save.
You control when the email goes out after a completed Calendly appointment:
30 minutes after the appointment ends
1 hour after the appointment ends
24 hours after the appointment ends
For most businesses, 30 minutes is the best starting point. The visit is still fresh, but the customer is no longer rushing out the door.
You can also pause the Calendly integration anytime.
The email your customers receive
The details matter because the email represents your business.
The sender name uses your business name, in a format like:
Glow Studio via QuickFeedback
That helps customers recognize who is writing.
The email is sent from an authenticated QuickFeedback domain with proper email authentication, which helps protect deliverability.
The email greets the customer by first name and uses wording you can edit in your own language.
Every email also includes a one-click unsubscribe and your business address in the footer. Compliance is built in, not bolted on later.
Same flow, same rules, no review gating
The Calendly integration changes how customers arrive. It does not change how QuickFeedback works.
Every responder, happy or unhappy, shares private feedback first and then reaches the same public review options.
We do not gate reviews on the QR path, and we do not gate them on the Calendly email path either.

Privacy by design
Calendly appointment data is treated as disposable.
QuickFeedback auto-deletes appointment records on a schedule you choose:
Instantly after the feedback email is sent
After 15 days
After 30 days
Auto-delete is always on and cannot be switched off.
The feedback your customers submit is kept because that is yours to learn from. The raw appointment record is not kept longer than needed.
We collect the minimum and keep it only as long as we need it. If your customers ask how their booking data is handled, that is the honest answer.

Does this work with any email system?
No. The live integration today is Calendly. QuickFeedback sends the feedback request email after a completed Calendly appointment.
You do not need to connect your own email platform.
When does the feedback email go out?
You choose the timing. QuickFeedback can send the email 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours after the Calendly appointment ends.
The default is 30 minutes.
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They tap the link in the email and share feedback in seconds.

Can customers opt out of the emails?
Yes. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Opt-outs are honored automatically.

What happens to my customers' Calendly appointment data?
Appointment records are auto-deleted on the schedule you choose: instantly after the email is sent, after 15 days, or after 30 days. The feedback itself is kept in your dashboard. Auto-delete for appointment records cannot be turned off.
