Today, QuickFeedback gives you two ways to collect feedback. If you book clients through Calendly, Automated Feedback sends a feedback request by email after each appointment, so you never have to chase anyone by hand. For in-person visits, QR Feedback lets walk-in customers scan a code and respond in seconds.
Either way, the experience is the same. Every customer shares private feedback in their own words, then reaches the same option to leave a public review on Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, and other platforms. That option is shown the same way for everyone, regardless of their experience.
The platform also includes Write with AI, AI Auto-Reply, Owner Alerts, and AI Insights & Reports so you can understand and act on what customers tell you.
These first features are just the beginning. We are building toward a broader set of tools that help small and mid-size businesses understand their customers, earn more reviews, and grow.
