New feature · Growing Your List

Turn happy customers into customers you can reach again.

After someone leaves positive feedback, QuickFeedback can invite them to join your email list. The public-review option stays right there. Consent is recorded, every lead lands in your dashboard, and you can export your list whenever you want.

No credit card required.

Reviews stay prominent

Earn the public review

Keep making it easy for happy customers to share their experience publicly.

Build a relationship you own

Give the same customer an optional way to hear from your business again.

One extra step for the customer. No extra follow-up for you.

How it works

Switch the feature on for the QR codes you want. QuickFeedback handles the ask, records the permission, and keeps the lead organized.

1

They leave positive feedback

Your customer finishes the same QuickFeedback experience they already know.

2

They can join your list

A simple optional card asks for an email address and clear consent. Skipping takes one tap.

3

You get a usable lead

Name, email, source, date, and consent are saved in your dashboard and ready to export.

Why it matters

Build your list while you build your reputation.

A good visit should not disappear when the customer walks out the door. Growing Your List gives happy customers one more easy way to stay connected.

Ask at the right moment

The invitation appears after a customer has already told you they had a good experience, when staying in touch feels natural.

Keep the permission with the lead

QuickFeedback stores the consent wording and time so the record travels with the email address when you export it.

Take your list with you

Your leads stay visible in QuickFeedback and can be exported to CSV whenever you want to use them in your email platform.

Your leads, organized

Know who joined, where they came from, and what they agreed to.

Growing Your List is not trying to become another CRM. It gives you a clean, useful record of the people who chose to hear from you again.

See the QR code that produced each signup.

Keep the associated feedback connected to the lead.

Export your list to CSV whenever you are ready.

Permission matters

Built to make the choice clear.

Export your list to CSV whenever you are ready.

Your business name is shown in the consent wording.

Joining the list is optional. The consent box starts unchecked. The customer sees your business name in the wording, and the public-review option is never hidden behind signup.

The wording and timestamp are stored with the lead.

Public-review access stays visible and separate from joining the list.

Your leads, organized

We collect the lead. You decide what happens next.

The first version focuses on the part QuickFeedback is already good at: capturing a customer at the right moment without adding work for the business.

What it does

Collects name and email after positive feedback.

Records consent with the lead.

Shows leads in your QuickFeedback dashboard.

Exports the list to CSV.

What it does not do yet

It does not send marketing email for you.

It does not automatically sync to Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Brevo yet.

It does not generate or manage coupon codes.

It never makes signup a condition of leaving a public review.

Made for repeat business

Especially useful when one visit can lead to the next.

If a customer would care about your next offer, new item, opening, class, or seasonal update, a permission-based list can be valuable.
