Today we're launching Write with AI, a new feature inside quickfeedback.ai that helps your customers turn a few keywords into a complete, well-written Google review in seconds.
It's available now on all plans, at no extra cost. This feature helps customers write Google reviews with AI in seconds, turning simple thoughts into polished, ready-to-post feedback.
The Problem We're Solving
Most customers who agree to leave a review never actually do. Not because they don't want to but because sitting down to write one feels like a task. The blank text box wins every time.
Write with AI removes that barrier entirely. Instead of writing from scratch, customers type a few words about their experience and let the AI do the rest.
How to Write Google Reviews with AI
After submitting their rating, customers see a Write with AI button inside the feedback input field.
They type a few keywords anything from "fast delivery" to "staff were incredibly helpful" and tap the button.
The AI generates a natural, polished review based on their input.
They can post it as-is, edit it, or generate a fresh version with one tap.
Once happy, they copy it and post it directly to your Google Business Profile.
Plus: Copy-to-Review Flow
We've also added a Copy-to-Review flow that appears after every positive feedback submission. Once a customer's review is ready, they see a one-tap copy button alongside a direct link to your Google review page so the path from writing to posting is as short as possible.
No searching for your business. No retyping. Just copy, paste, and publish.

Write with AI is enabled by default for all quickfeedback.ai accounts today. There's nothing to set up. Just make sure your QR code is visible where customers can see it, at the counter, on a receipt, or on a table card and the next customer who scans it will already have the feature available.
